Syam drop in gas Braais/BBQs are manufactured by knowledge, precision and state of the art machinery and equipment. Premium 304 stainless steel is used in the construction of these units. Easily installed as a countertop unit, they are great for the braai fanatic. Just  about anything being BBQed, braaied, baked grilled, roasted, rotisseried, boiled, potjied and stir fried can be prepared and enjoyed on our various models. Party time can be anytime. Our Cuisine range comes complete with a back burner fitted with flame failure capablilties, double layered cooker dome and rotisserie kit. All units can operate on LPG 9kg minimum cylinders or can also be connected to an existing or new gas installation certified by a QCC gas installer. All drop in models can accommodate Natural Gas, but must be a fixed installation. Syam requires notice prior to purchase as the unit requires a conversion kit. Optional accessories such as smoker boxes, cast iron reversible griddle plates, 304 stainless braai pans , stir fry pans, double sided spits, side cookers and stainless cupboard doors are available for you to build on your cooking skills, taste enjoyments and entertainment area appearance. A cover is supplied with the unit.
